William J. Monnette
William (Bill) Monnette has been practicing law in the Wenatchee Valley since 1978. His practice emphasizes real estate, business and estate related law.
Bill has spent his career counseling clients and representing them in the courtroom. From this experience, he knows that the best way to avoid the courtroom is to start with well drafted documents. Naturally, the time to consult a lawyer and protect your interests is before you sign anything. Bill strives to make such consultations efficient and economical for clients.
When litigation can’t be avoided, Bill will provide you an accurate assessment of your case and will thoroughly prepare it for trial. Since trials are time consuming and expensive, Bill will explore alternative resolutions, including negotiation, mediation and arbitration but when necessary, he will be effective in court. From the first meeting, Bill will prepare as if he will be trying your case in court.
Jess R. Monnette
Jess R. Monnette practices in the areas of tax law, business law, estate planning, creditor’s rights, real property, nonprofit law, probate, commercial law and tax controversies with the IRS and Washington Department of Revenue. In spring of 2010, he completed a Master’s degree in Tax Law.
